-State photo ID as proof of identity
-PDFs of credit score AND credit history via Credit Karma app
-Proof of ability to pay monthly rent amount
-One month's rent as security deposit and first month's rent before moving in
Pets Policy
Any dogs considered must be vaccinated, housebroken, and well-behaved around people and other dogs (yard is shared with building owner who has two well-behaved dogs).
Indoor cats allowed but must not create odor in the apartment or building.
