‣ Our building is very peaceful with many wonderful neighbors some of whom work from home. We do not like to disturb them in any way, therefore: No guests/gatherings/parties/meetings or any types of photoshoots/productions at the space. No loud pets. Quiet hours from 10PM onward. No exceptions.
