Beautiful charming large 2 bedroom apartment just a block away from McCarren Park / Greenpoint. This apartment is in a lovely, family-owned 3 story building on a tree-lined, calm street. It is close to the subway, and both the waterfront and the park are around the corner. The location is perfect, with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, library, vintage stores and too much to list close by. The apartment has really wonderful old school charm, wooden floors throughout, high ceilings with fans and large windows overlooking garden and street. Its has a fully equipped, large eat-in kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, two good-sized bedrooms ( one queen bed and one full size ) and a massive living room space. The apartment is fully furnished with a nice selection of interiors and colors.
About This Lister
We are a small family of 3. We work in fashion design and carpentry and our daughter goes to the local school. We will be In upstate New York for the summer. We Love the community and rent the space from our friends, who own the building; and we are close to all the tenants in the house.

Security deposit due upon signing the agreement and will consist of a full month rent.
