Privately situated and quiet room in tranquil 3rd floor apt. that faces gardens and trees in the back, on a quiet brownstone one block street in Brooklyn Heights, with shared kitchen and bathroom (with me a working artist.) This large space 15×15 has a great full size bed, desk, small couch, one very large window and a beautiful parquet floor. The neighborhood has many green spaces, and trees, ie Brooklyn Bridge Park, Promenade and Cadman Plaza Park. Blocks from Dumbo, the Brooklyn Bridge, cafes, shops, year round farmer's market, most subway lines. and is great for walking and biking. The building has 2 elevators, a full gym and laundry room and an outdoor garden space.

I am a muralist and dance artist working at home and traveling to teach and work. I love a tranquil home sanctuary and privacy, and also a friendly atmosphere with a roommate. Not interested in sharing space with a roommates' partner but occasional visits and overnights are ok when mutually agreed upon.
I require someone who is very tidy like myself and also enjoys their privacy and a tranquil living environment. I am nonbinary with they/ her pronouns. I prefer living with a woman or nonbinary person.
