We are subletting our cozy place during the summer. This a pre-war condo building in a prime location. 1st floor but there is elevator access with a ramp if needed. Wooden floors, windows facing the park, wi-fi, bluetooth professional speakers and no TV!

Prospect Lefferts Garden is a vibrant neighborhood, with lots of families around, groceries, cafes, wine-shops and basic services. Prospect park is across the street, a really gorgeous natural space with lots of areas to explore, exercise and relax.

1 Block from Q, B subway trains direct connection to Atlantic Av, Union SQ, etc.
