Basement bedroom available this December in 2 BR/2 BR apt in a Clinton Hill brownstone with private backyard!

The space: The apartment is on the first floor of a brownstone with a separate entrance, and the bedroom is down a set of stairs from the rest of the living space. Shared space includes living room/dining area w/ lots of natural light, mid-century modern style kitchen, private backyard, and a bathroom in the living room that would be mostly yours, but also used by guests etc. The bedroom is currently furnished with a queen-sized bed and dresser.

The roommate: A fun 30 y/o woman (me) and a 50ish pound border collie.

The neighborhood: A quiet, beautiful block of Clinton Hill, close to lots of restaurants, bars, parks, etc., as well as the C and G trains.

Amenities etc.: Washer/Dryer (sometimes finicky), dishwasher, utilities included in rent
