Two blocks from Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn Library, and the best part of the neighborhood, Prospect Park! Tons of cool restaurants (all types of cuisine), bars, and shops right outside your door. Many grocery stores are easily accessible (including a 24 hour one).

Transportation: The apt is across the street from the express B/Q 7th Ave subway stop It is also a 2 block walk to 2/3 train Grand Army Plaza subway stop. Subway ride into Manhattan is 15 mins. Street parking is available.

Very easy and fun walk to the following neighborhoods: Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill and Crown Heights.

No pets allowed in the apartment or building.
