Hi! Our cozy Greenpoint apartment is available for about 2 and a half months - we can be flexible on exact dates within end of December/beginning of Jan through beginning of March (prorated based on the monthly price).

The space is a second-floor walk-up (no elevator) on Franklin avenue (seconds away from shops, restaurants, bars, etc). The apartment has very tall ceilings and is unusually spacious for a 1 bedroom in this area. It's larger than most 2 bedrooms in New York. We live here as a couple and are easily able to both work from home as needed.

The apartment was gut-renovated before we moved in 2022 so the flooring, kitchen, bathroom, etc is all very new still.

The apartment is fully equipped with a TV, microwave, toaster, gas oven/stove and dishwasher. Note that there is no laundry in unit or building, but there is a great new laundromat directly across the street. We have made the place super cozy and homey, with lots of plants, a full dining table that seats 6 people, a L-shaped couch, and several other comfy chairs. We have 2 desks, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, both have monitors.

The bedroom has a huge closet, and there's another large closet in the living room. The bed is a queen sized bed.

The building only has 7 units in total (2 units on each floor above the 1st floor). The landlord lives on the bottom unit.

No pets allowed unfortunately.

The rent price listed here includes utilities (heat, gas, internet)
