Elevator access to fifth floor. Multiple elevators for 24/7 access. Beautiful natural light coming in. The building has front desk security. Clean computer area as well as sink with an artist who paints. You will have your space mainly to yourself for certain months of the rental.

About This Lister

I am a video artist who uses the space infrequently but will use the space a bit more over the Summer. I travel a lot as I am on sabbatical and go between Florida, Upstate NY and the Caribbean. We can work out solo days of use of the space and joint days of use when I am there more regularly.
