One bedroom available in a two bed, one bath apartment. The apartment is on the top floor of a pre-war elevator building and gets lots of sunlight. Ideally located close to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Museum, and ten minutes from Prospect Park. 2/3/4/5 lines are all less than 10 minutes walk, and B/Q are a 15 minute walk.
The apartment is furnished except for the available bedroom. There is a large living room, good size kitchen with dishwasher, and windowed bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom opens to an internal courtyard so it doesn’t get much noise. The room is large and can easily hold a queen bed, desk, and dresser. There is a closet in the bedroom and a shared closet in the hallway. The building has washers and dryers available. Non-smoking home.
The other roommate, Ambre, works in tech, enjoys watching TV, going out for dinner with friends, and running. She's an amazing roommate, very sweet and considerate.
I'm a woman in my mid-thirties working in social science research. I love this apartment and my roommate but I'm moving out to live with my partner.
I am currently on the lease so this will start out as a sublet with an option to get on the lease after. To sign on the lease the building management requires proving income 40x the rent, credit check, etc.
Dogs are ok but the other roommate is allergic to cats
