The building is quiet and is on a fairly quiet residential street across from an embankment. Ample street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Looking for one tenant to join into a year long lease. This would entail an interview with the landlord and credit check. Shared monthly electric and internet bill. Water is included.
No smoking or pets per the landlord.

The space is well furnished and kept very clean. Expect to live with someone who is a creative type, cooks, gardens and has off sundays and mondays.
