I’m subletting my sunny bedroom in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The bedroom is spacious and fully furnished, with a queen-size bed, desk, dresser, and closet.

You’ll be sharing part-time with my roommate, a lovely and very discreet musician who only stays over 2–3 nights a week. The rest of the time, you’ll have the apartment to yourself (though the second bedroom is not available for use).

The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-story townhouse and comes fully furnished and equipped. There’s also a free washer/dryer in the basement.

The location is ideal:
• 5-minute walk to Prospect Park
• 2 minutes from Vanderbilt Ave and its many cafés and restaurants
• 8-minute walk to the B, Q, 2, 3, and C trains
• Less than 30 minutes to Union Square

The vibe is very chill: no parties, no smoking, and cleanliness is a must.
