I just moved into this apartment Dec 2025 - still some things to settle in, but its a charming and warm spot with a wide layout, great natural light, and lots of plants!

The communal living area is spacious and homey, two deep leather couches, tons of books/old magazines, a retractable projector screen, speaker, radio, utility closet for cleaning supplies. Multiple passageways from the entryway to the bedrooms, nice flowing layout and multiple passageways from the living area allows for navigating the space comfortably.

Ideally looking for someone who has a healthy social life and ample personal interests- clean and considerate with good communication skills who understands mindfulness and other practices that facilitate a pleasant environment in sharing a living space. :)

The room is currently furnished, I am also open filling it unfurnished for a great fit/longer term share (6 month +)- However I would prefer to fill it without having to relocate the large items (bed frame, armoire).

Its a mix of vintage/industrial/contemporary things that didn't make it to storage, but am happy to accommodate personal preference, I'm not particularly attached to most of the furnishings in there. I had plans for this white cubby/divider, but still trying to find those extra hours in the day :) I didn't want to hang or install on the walls yet, so whomever occupies it can do their thing- but there's shelving and additional furnishings on hand if that speaks to you. Its shown with a Queen sized bed here, but have since swapped this luxe air mattress out for a full minimal platform frame (plenty of room for storage beneath)

-Mid 30s F, jeweler/artist working in creative freelance. I have a studio in East Williamsburg that I work from most days, my dog is often in tow. If I am working production or freelance I am often on set, occasionally admin work at home.

I am very hands on/DIY gal - I love a project and tending to/cultivating things. Some of my recent hobbies include vintage furniture restoration/modification + upcycling jewelry + apparel, and usually nerding on something in my studio when I have free time. I cook occasionally, but not excessively; I don't entertain much- and do have a slight preference for mellow home front, but am a social + friendly open communicator, with respect for boundaries + personal space.

My dog is 5.5 years old, he's a sweet sensitive boy with a beefcake/meathead body, He grew up with cats so he lacks awareness as far as the scale of his own physical form at times, but not aggressive in any capacity, just a bit dopey.
