Main bedroom is up for rent in a renovated building just off major avenues in Bushwick (4 bedrooms total, 2 bathrooms). It's a very large room with lots of floor space and a high ceiling. The windows get lots of natural morning light.

Hardwood floors, large common areas, an extremely well-stocked (but not very large) kitchen, and a basement with storage/chill/hobby space with a washer/dryer.

Each room has personal heating and cooling units.

Back two rooms are occupied by my long term girlfriend and I (mid 30s) - we both work in creative design/fabrication and have extensive technical interests and a very sweet older German Shepherd.

We keep it pretty quiet at home but happy to have people over on occasion to utilize the common spaces.

Prefer to keep things tidy but not gleaming - our dishes don't stack up but with busy schedules they may rest for an interval.
