Rent includes all utilities, wifi, access to the building’s gym, monthly cleaning, and laundry in the building. It's an elevator building and entrances and doorways are ADA compliant. The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a galley kitchen and dining/living room. Shared space includes the living room and kitchen.

The apartment is conveniently located in southwest Harlem, one block from C/B trains at West 116th Street, 12 minutes walking distance from Columbia University, 5 minutes from Morningside Park and 15 minutes from Central Park. In the immediate neighborhood are multiple quality restaurants and cafes.

There is security/doorman in the building 7am-11pm Monday-Thursday, 24 hours on weekends. They are available to receive all packages and deliveries.

No smoking (tobacco or otherwise), heavy drinking or illicit drug using, please.

About This Lister

I am a middle aged woman who is in the apartment approximately 50% of each month. My college-aged daughter is there on occasion. When around, I work from home (daytime hours) and need a work-friendly noise level; I would offer you the same. In addition we have a super-sweet 10lb chihauhau-mix-dog who travels with me and thus is only there part-time.

Past roommates have described me/us as “easy to live with” and the apartment as “a great find” and “super convenient.”
