We are subletting a room in our two bedroom Brownstone apartment in Bedstuy.

The room is very large, sitting on its own wing in the apartment with its own private office.

If you're looking for a queer friendly, quiet and cozy space we'd love to hear from you.

We're 15 mins away from the J/M myrtle broadway stop and 15 mins to the G Bedford Nostrand. The B38 runs right past our block, making a lot of commutes within Brooklyn super convenient.

Grocery store is on the corner and Laundromat across the street. Great coffee spot around the block. Herbert Von King park is just a 10 min walk away.

We love our quiet haven and are flexible with start/end dates for the right fit <3.
