The apartment has a nice kitchen, an office area, living room, dining area and small bedroom. It's a floor-through with windows on the east and west making it very light and airy feeling. It's a two flight walk-up, and our building neighbors are very nice, quiet and respectful.

We are adjacent to the Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens neighborhoods. Both are great for one's daily needs---there's a Trader Joe's, a couple of other grocery stores, Italian and French bakeries, CVS and lots of boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. There are several laundromats in the area (no laundry in the building). It's a fun area to hang around in and close enough to Manhattan to make that an easy commute as well.

The F/G at Bergen is 1/2 mile away, about a 12-minute walk. There's a bus a one-minute walk away that goes to Jay Street/Metro Tech station (F, A & C)
