Hello, I have a bright, large, plant-filled one bedroom and am seeking to share the apartment with someone who wants to visit or is working in New York City for weekends for a trial run for late May through end of June. The apartment will be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights each week; it is in Prospect Lefferts Garden and is quiet and clean, with hardwood floors.

The apartment has an eat in kitchen, large living/dining room and big bedroom in a well maintained elevator building. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, electric kettle, gas stove, instant pot and more.

The bedroom faces an interior courtyard and is quiet. The apartment is on a residential street between Flatbush and Bedford Aves, very close to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the Zoo and the B/Q/S trains. There is one step to enter the building and 3 stairs to get to the elevator.

Most importantly, you'll be a responsible, quiet and considerate person or two, both of the space and towards the neighbors. It's a great building and neighborhood.
