The Apartment is on the 11th floor in a pre-war, 24 hour doorman building with an elegant, newly-renovated lobby, a laundry room, bike room, and lovely neighbors.

This Upper-Westside 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on the park around W.107th is large (1100 sq ft.), and very bright. Six windows face east over Central Park, and 3 windows north to Morningside Park. Much privacy is provided as the good-sized eat-in kitchen is far from the bedrooms, and the two bedrooms are far apart. The walls are thick, and one cannot hear what is going on, room to room. The living room/dining area can be divided in two and curtained off in order to host an overnight guest with privacy in A good sound system, HD Smart TV and a laser printer are situated in the living room. Good WIFi is set up throughout the apartment. The look and feel of this home is cozy, without being cluttered.

There is a large bathroom (overlooking the park!) with tub and shower, and an ensuite bath with shower comes with the master bedroom. This bedroom has windows facing both east and north.

The 2nd bedroom over the park is peaceful and cheerful. There are two doors closing it off from the rest of the apartment, offering quiet and extra privacy. It contains a queen size bed, bedside tables with good reading lamps. There is plenty of closet and drawer space for clothes etc. and a good amount of space left for a desk and comfy chair.

The sizable eat-in kitchen is very well appointed with Vitamix, Instapot, food processor and more for those who enjoy cooking.

Located 2 blocks from the B an C subway (103rd St and 110th Street stops) which will take you to Times Square in 15 to 20 minutes and Wall Street in 35 minutes. Citi-bikes are located right around the corner. Local secret: on-street parking is easy! The upper part of Central Park is exquisite and much less crowded than below 96th St. Right across the street and up a wide winding stone staircase, on top of a hill, is a running track. Many new and interesting restaurants are in easy walking distance; in fact, Central Park West above 110th Street (Frederick Douglass Boulevard) is being touted as "Manhattan's new Restaurant Row". It's a very tranquil and quiet place to live and yet still so close to midtown Manhattan.
