I'm the owner of the house along with my wife Monika. We live in the duplex apartment above and will be showing the apartment ourselves as well as being the main contact persons. We both work in the arts and have lived in Brooklyn for 30 years and love this wonderful community. We are looking for a responsible and respectful tenant or couple, who will enjoy living in the space and appreciate the attention to detail in the renovation and furnishings.
