The apartment was gut renovated 3 years ago. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, black quartz countertops and stylish cabinetry. The bathroom has subway tile and a 60 inch tub. The
apartment has oak hardwood floor throughout. The unit also has in-unit laundry which is not pictured here.

I am very close with the Landlord so he may be amenable to longer leases. I currently have 10 months left on my lease for a sublet but we could also rent directly from the Landlord for a longer term.

Bronx Little Italy is currently undergoing a creative renaissance with lots of creative types moving there attracted to the cheaper rent, and European cafes and restaurants.
