Hi! I’m subletting my place while I’m abroad for work. Looking for someone to stay from Jan 15, 2026 to July 15, 2026 (long-term preferred), someone responsible and tidy. All utilities included.
* 1-min walk to the G train, and 4 blocks from the J/M/F trains. Near Flushing Ave & Marcy Ave.
* In-unit washer & dryer.
* Elevator building. My unit is on 3rd floor.
* All utilities included.
Shorter stays can be discussed, but ideally looking for someone who can stay the full term.
The unit will come with basic furniture (bed, sofa, desk, chair, dresser, lighting).
Please only reach out if you're responsible and respectful of the space-no one who's careless with furniture or the apartment.

• A government-issued photo ID for verification
Once everything looks good, I’ll share the sublease agreement for your review.
If there’s anything unclear, we can go over it together before signing and collecting the security deposit.
