I have a wonderful, ground-level, large 1-bedroom apartment with a backyard in Crown Heights. I'm looking for someone to enjoy it and care for my two friendly cats while I'm away.

I'm looking for a subletter for Jan 1 - Feb 15 though I'm open to shorter stays as needed. Cost is $2200/month (internet and utilities included). This price reflects a discount for pet care.

The apartment is railroad style and has a full size kitchen, large bedroom, and extra large living room on the first floor (no stairs). It has private access to a great backyard with grill, heater for winter use, seating area, lots of plants and a small fountain. My two cats are very friendly, don’t require medicine, and are generally great company.
