Available for short-term and mid-term rent, our home is a two-story luxurious modern duplex in Bedford-Stuyvesant, on the border with Bushwick and steps away from the subway.
We'll be traveling and spending a lot of time out of the city this winter so we're offering our beloved home on a short term to mid-term basis:

- Day rate (3 days minimum): $400
- Weekly rate: $2000
- Monthly rate: $6500 (all utilities included except electricity)

Located in the upper levels of our brownstone, the apartment is spacious but cozy, filled with natural light throughout the day and tastefully decorated with vintage mid-century and designer furniture and original artworks. A large furnished terrace with garden access is connected to the gourmet kitchen and loft-like living floor.

The duplex features:

> two bathrooms and a powder room,
> a floor-through loft-like living/dining/kitchen with soaring ceilings
> laundry room on bedrooms floor
> terrace with garden access

The primary bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed and a large closet. The second, larger bedroom is usually set up as an office/artist's studio/gym/yoga room but can be set up as an oversized bedroom for up to two additional guests with office space. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, oven/gas stove, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) and all the essentials to make you feel right at home. There is an oversized table that can comfortably accommodate 8 diners or be used as a working table.

The apartment is ideal for a couple, for a family with two children, business travelers, or travelers who prefer quiet and spacious accommodations.

Centrally located near beloved neighborhood spots (cafés, restaurants, bakeries, yoga studios), the closest subway station is only 2 blocks to Halsey St on the J line, connecting to Williamsburg in just 10-15 minutes and Downtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. The C train is a 10 minutes walk to Ralph station. There is a Citibike station on the block and buses around the corner connecting to Downtown Brooklyn and the L train.

We own the house and are a Franco-German couple working in the arts, design and publishing. We have lived in Brooklyn for 30 years and love this wonderful, diverse community.
