Looking for a chill person to rent my large 1-bedroom apartment located in the East Village for Jan 10 - Feb 28. If you’re interested please shoot me a text! The price is pretty firm not making a penny just want to break even and allow someone to enjoy my awesome apartment while I'm gone! Minimum would be 2 weeks but would love to have someone stay the whole time. I've had a few guest stay at mine for months at a time and loved it! it's a really special, quite, clean, modern building with east village charm

About the space:

It’s a corner fully renovated apartment with an elevator on the 3rd floor, so there's tons of natural light all day. The apartment is furnished with postmodern designer furniture so you can vibe out. Great space to do creative work. I have a small record collection and record player, a large-format projector with all the streaming accounts, and Bluetooth stereo audio.

In addition to the one bedroom, there is a lofted space with a king-sized bed, desk, and couch, and a coffee table. There’s a recently remodeled full kitchen which includes a dishwasher. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement. There is also a common space rooftop with outdoor furniture and great views of the city. Perfect spot to have a glass of wine for happy hour.

Can't beat the location, surrounded by a ton of incredible bars and restaurants, three blocks away from Tompkins Square Park, and a quick walk from the L, J, M, Z, F trains. Come stay for a real New York experience in a fun neighborhood.

I'm a writer/filmmaker heading out of the country for a writing retreat and would love to share my cool space with someone who wouldn’t mind watering the plants :) My travel plans are somewhat flexible, there is a possibility that I will also be away for part of March but that is a bit up in the air.

My building requires quiet after 10PM so I ask that guests turn off music at 10 p.m. Pets and parties are not allowed.
