There's a queen bed and an extra mattress, a desk, a dining table, a couch, and all the necessary kitchen and bathroom items.

NO TV.

The building:

This is a humble building, so no amenities. There is, however, a laundromat and a deli that sells everything one needs in the same building.

It is a 5-floor walk-up building with NO elevator.

The Neighborhood:

Inwood is known for its amazing parks, safety, and kind neighbors. There's an amazing restaurant/coffee shop that is just a couple of minutes away from the building (Inwood Farm), the most amazing Tacos you'll have right by the A train stop.

The apartment is just 3 Minutes from the 1 train, 7 minutes from the A train, and 10 minutes from the Metro-North train station.

You can be in Midtown in 30 minutes, Downtown in 40.
