About This Lister

My husband and I are the owner/ landlords. We live on the first floor of the house. (The rental apartment is on the second floor, and is completely self-contained, locked, etc., as is ours.) We are attentive to keeping the property a nice, clean, comfortable place to live.

We are ex-Brooklynites, both quiet, easy-going creatives; I'm a novelist and podcaster. My husband is a screenwriter. We have dinner parties every few weeks (usually a potluck or book party--most of our friends are artists and profs) and we'd be happy to include you, if you're interested.
