Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, and all new appliances. Dining room / home office with dining table, desk, and door to the private backyard. Living room in the front of the unit, with full size couch, large flat screen tv. Ceiling fans throughout the apartment, window unit A/C's, hardwood floors, and windows in every room with lots of light. Large furnished backyard with table & chairs and grill.

I'm flexible on the dates and sublet arrangements. The space can be available for daily / weekly / or monthly sublets. I'm also open to recurring sublets (1 week/month, etc.). I travel a lot for work and split my time between Brooklyn and South Jersey, so the apartment sits empty a lot :)
