I have a large, furnished bedroom available for sublet this summer in a three-bedroom house in Catskill. The home is on a quiet street, about an 8-minute drive from the village.

The room includes a bed, two dressers, a closet, and plenty of natural light. Shared amenities in the house include a washer/dryer, sunroom, hardwood floors, basement storage, and a very large backyard.

You’ll be living with two others—one subletter and one long-term resident—as well as a small, friendly chihuahua named Mary. The housemates are artists in their 20s and 30s.

Note: This is an older two-story house with multiple staircases and is not ADA accessible.
