The house is located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, which is a highly desirable, trendy neighborhood with lots of good restaurants/bars, vintage shops, and 2 beautiful parks. It's a very peaceful home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, good storage, and 1 1/2 baths. The house is a 5 block walk to the Nassau stop on the G train, and a 20 minute walk to the Bedford stop on the L train. I share the house with my kitty, Nushka, so I am looking for renters who are comfortable sharing a home with a cat. There are 3 rooms in total, so you will share will myself and one other renter in the smaller of the two rooms.

Please note that the now has a dresser, which is not in the pictures. The room has a closet and a Roku TV with free access to Netflix, HBO, and Criterion. You can use your own log in for any additional sites. The house also has an unfinished basement where you can store your suitcases.
