I am an artist and this is my home for many years, I will be traveling for the duration of the sublet. You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and living room with other tenants, who are easy going, tidy and mindful of each other. It's a peaceful home and because of its size, everyone has their privacy. Overnight guests need to be pre approved beforehand.
