About This Lister

I am a therapist in NYC. I am renting this independent, detached studio unit, standing on 13 acres of land with meadows and forest around it.

We stay at the house about half the time, and work remotely (wi-fi available). We value and respect privacy as well as community.

The main house is 70 feet away the studio, placed in a strategic position intended to preserve privacy between both structures. The closest neighbor's house is 600 feet away, which affords for privacy. The unit is located at 4 minutes drive from the village, and 8 minutes drive from the closest train station (Wassaic). It is 10 mins drive from Millerton, a town with many attractions and hip cafes; close to the Asian Innisfree Garden and Wethersfield, Wassaic Arts Project, with plenty of hiking trails around.
