I am renting 2 bedrooms in my 3 bed/1 bath Williamsburg Apartment.
I live Upstate the majority of the time so I am renting my two larger rooms out and keeping the smallest room for when I come to the City for work 4-10 nights a month (sometimes less) so you will have the apartment to yourself the majority of the time.
The apartment is beautiful and in prime Williamsburg - just a 5 minute walk from the Bedford L and 2 minutes to Domino Park.
I have lived in the apartment for 5 years and have designed it to feel like an escape from the City craziness and somewhere you can relax and unwind.
The living space feels like a loft and gets a ton of light. The apartment is furnished and one of the bedrooms is currently furnished and one is not. (I am happy to remove the furniture in the one bedroom if requested.)
Perfect for someone looking for a 2 bedroom apartment or for a 1 bedroom with an office space.
The apartment is on the top floor of a 2 story building so there is only one neighbour living directly below. It has hardwoods floors throughout, beautiful molding, a recently renovated kitchen with a dishwasher, lots of windows, and a loft like open living/dining area. There is no laundry in the building but there is an amazing wash and fold spot half a block away.
There is no shortage of amazing restaurants within a few block radius: Four Horsemen, I Cavallini, Birds of a Feather, Salt and Charcoal, Maison Premiere, Samurai Mama to name a few. There are tons of coffee shops and bars and anything you can think of near by. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are both only a few blocks away amongst many other grocery stores and 24hr bodegas. It truly doesn't get much better than this apartment and location.

I am a 37 year old Hair Colourist born and raised in NYC. I love music, surfing, art, and interior design. I have lived in this apartment for 5 years but now spend most of my time living and working Upstate in Catskill/Hudson.
I am the Creative Director at a Salon in Williamsburg so I come back to the City for 4-10 days a month to take clients. When I am home I am usually working and only in the apartment in the mornings and evenings after work (usually after 8pm.)
I am very clean and minimal and am looking for people who are respectful of the space and keep it clean and cared for. I am ideally looking for someone/people in their 30's/40's who I can trust to take good care of the space and will love and appreciate it like I do.
