Rent includes Wifi, gas, heat and water. Electricity is extra.
This is a great neighborhood to get into Manhattan quickly, walk around to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee, and more. It is located near Fulton St, close to the C train at Clinton/Washington.
Please note there is no dishwasher, no elevator, and the washer and dryer are not in the apartment; however, a convenient wash-and-fold service is located a few blocks away.
About This Lister
I am a photographer, working on a project between California and West Africa, so I need to sublet my space while I am away. You would be communicating with me about everything apartment related.

Are you someone that keeps a clean home, is the person that tidies up the airbnb/hotel before leaving, and doesn't wear shoes in the house? Only looking for an extremely reliable/trustworthy person/couple. Unfortunately our NO PET/NO SMOKING building policy is strict.
This is my home and want to keep it full of good energy.
Credit check, proof of income and references required. Security deposit + first month rent upon signing lease agreement, $250 cleaning fee.
