Hi! Our cozy Echo Park home is looking for someone to fill the large upstairs bedroom. This is a four bedroom house overlooking Echo Park Lake (literally steps away) and only 200 meters from Sunset Blvd on the other side.

The room available has its own private bathroom across the hall, including a full bath. We have central a/c and heat, a washer and dryer, and dishwasher.

The house is a charming blue craftsman with a cozy living area, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. The backyard is massive and is great for outdoor dinners and entertaining, or yoga and meditation up top. All the common spaces are furnished, and it truly feels like home.

We’re all in our early 30s and love to walk around the lake to break up the work day or spend time in the sun in the huge backyard. We typically have pretty quiet work weeks and enjoy cooking, music, being with friends, and more on the weekend. We like having friends drop by, hosting dinners and the like.
We're hoping to find someone who wants to be a part of our little community here.

We’re looking for someone to move in as early as March 10, or April 1. Lease is month to month.
