Large room in a 2BR on 135th and Broadway in West Harlem, two blocks off the 1 train.
Large shared living space/ kitchen and bathroom with windows views northwest. A lot of great light! Elevator Building, 13th Floor.
I would be your roommate- quiet, work from home.
$1800 rent for the months, the utilities for internet will be $45 and the electric TBD but somewhere likely around $50-$70 in the summer months.
Room will have a bed and closet. Space in the window/wall for an AC unit to be placed if wanted.
