We are looking to fill up a bedroom in our beautiful three-room brownstone apartment.

The tree-lined street is near great restaurants and shops on Vanderbilt and Flatbush, more or less half-way between Barclays Center and Prospect Part. With the Q B trains a two-minute walk away, and the 2 3 about five minutes away.

Features of the apartment:
- large backyard shared with only one other apartment
- Spacious living room/dining room
- Bonus creative room. We use this for self-tapes and creative work
- Shed in the yard for storage
- Tons of character: tall ceilings, wood floors, fireplace, stained-glass windows, moldings.

The room available is in the back of the apartment with two big windows facing the yard and and a decorative fireplace. It shares walls with the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. It’s the largest room in the apartment.

About This Lister

We are two single gay men, both working in the creative world across film and art. Currently, one of us works from home and the other one works in person, but we both work on our creative projects in the apartment — writing, singing, self-taping.

We keep shared spaces tidy and clean and like to use to receive guests. It is a non-smoking apartment. We’ve been here for two and four years respectively and love the place, so we are looking for someone who will appreciate it like we do!
