Large room with two windows available June 1st. I'm your only roommate I'm an artist / musician in my 40s. I use the front of the apartment to work on art a lot, I also work freelance art handling and at a gallery a couple days a week usually. I'm a friendly, conscientious, easy going person but I usually keep to myself. During the warm season I like to go for bike rides and long walks a lot and I go into the city to see art and music a lot as well. The apartment is very spacious with a vintage kind of charm. The kitchen is large and very comfortable to cook in, and the bathroom is quite large as well. Pictures are of the room offered, and most stuff visible belongs to my current roommate will be removed. The deal I've had with my roommates is that we both pay the same: $1300 plus utilities (Verizon, Co-ned and Natgrid averaging probably like 150 a month depending on the month.) but you get the much larger room, because I use the front room at my studio. The lease I'm resigning on June 1st is month to month and I'm the leaseholder. The cat you see in the pictures is sadly moving out with my roommate and no pets are allowed by the landlady going forward. I'm looking for someone who is kind, easygoing and fits my vibe. You need first month's rent plus the deposit equal to one months rent to move in, I don't check credit or income but just let me know how you can afford the rent. Men / woman / LGBT friendly.
