I'm subletting my large room in a two-party home in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. It is a lovely queer household with two amazing roommates in their thirties (one of them will be gone for much of June) and two cute cats.

We have the second and third floor of the house. My room is on the upper floor and will be fully furnished. It's not wheelchair accessible unfortunately. We have a backyard with space to keep bikes, a large living room and kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher. The house gets a ton of light, two full bathrooms, there is wifi, a bunch of kitchen gadgets, fans and AC units - everything you need really.

We love to hang out together, but also keep to ourselves. It is a very respectful, friendly and clean space. We don't usually party at home but enjoy having friends over for chill hang outs.

The neighborhood is a dream: street is super quiet, two subway stations (B/Q) under 10min walk away and everything you need on Cortelyou Road/Newkirk Plaza. Citi Bikes nearby. Close to Prospect Park and easy to get to the beach.
