About the apartment:
- 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, with finished basement
- Central air throughout the whole apartment (AC and Heat)
- The apartment has its own staircase to the basement which I use to run a gallery out of but now I use it as a workspace/office with plenty of room if you need to store anything.
- 2 dogs: 1 medium dog that is pretty quiet and sweet. 1 small dog, she is also quiet and sweet.

About the neighborhood:
- Apartment is 2 blocks from the Halsey J train (also in walking distance are they C and L trains and B26, B7, B47 bus lines)
- The local laundromat is 2 doors away
- Apartment is a few blocks away from a grocery stores, coffee shops, etc.

About This Lister
