About the apartment:
- 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, with finished basement
- Central air throughout the whole apartment (AC and Heat)
- The apartment is attached to the basement which we use as work space. It has its own private entrance. You will be welcome to share the space with us (good for painters, digital artists, or designers).
- I have a medium dog, she pretty quiet and sweet.

About the neighborhood:
- Apartment is 2 blocks from the Halsey J train (also in walking distance are they C and L trains and B26, B7, B47 bus lines)
- The local laundromat is 2 doors away
- Apartment is a few blocks away from a grocery stores, coffee shops, etc.
