Hi everyone!

We have a large private 2,400 sq ft studio space coming available in our three unit compound. We are a group of working artists in two other adjoining units. We are interested in subletting the whole space to one artist, or subdividing it out into smaller studios. Are you one artist in need of a big space? Could you get a group of friends together and we build out several smaller studios?

About the space:

14' ceilings, 12' roll-up door. Full bathroom and kitchen. Live-in is possible for the right person. Located in Lincoln Heights near Chinatown, downtown, and the Brewery.

One-year sublease, terms flexible for the right person/people.
