The apartment has a queen-size Tempur-pedic bed, an office nook that faces a small balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, and AC window units in the bedroom and living room.

Fully furnished (aesthetic = eclectic vintage), very clean, hardwood floors, tile floors in kitchen and bathroom.

Easy (and free) street parking.

I have a few plants that will need watering once/week.

Seeking quiet, mature, responsible single person or couple.

No pets, smoking, or parties.

The building has a few steps leading up to the entrance and, once inside, one set of stairs leading up to the apartment.
