For sublease is a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment. One of the bedrooms is used as a studio. It's in Clinton Hill on the Bed-Stuy border and is is a 5 minute walk from the Classon G stop. The apartment is appointed to be a comfortable respite from city living, including a West Elm couch, king-sized bed, and television with soundbar.

The main bedroom and living room both have two large windows, and the studio has a window to the hallway but lacks an exterior window

The apartment is available on December 17 to the 28th, with some flexibility on the exact move out date.
