I'm looking for a roommate to take over a bedroom in my 2b/1b. Your room is a good-sized room with closet. It's semi - furnished with a Full Sized Bed Frame w/ Mattress along with some lighting and a small table already in the room!

We'll share a bathroom that has elbowroom, galley kitchen with dining room, and large living room. The apartment is on the top of a 3 floor walk up and has large windows that always have light pouring in them.

My name is Caity. I am the Associate to a Costume Designer in the city. I got my MFA in 2013 and I have been living in the city since. Being a theater professional, I don't have a set schedule and my life revolves around the projects I am working on. It's an adventure that I love everyday!

I try to keep some sort of routine with my schedule and that includes yoga. I have family in New Jersey and I try to visit them once a month. Since the pandemic, I've been traveling for work on a semi regular basis. It's nice to get a change of pace for a few days to feel rejuvenated. I'm fairly neutral with my music tastes and I do most of my TV watching on the internet. I am a huge college football fan and pre pandemic went to game watching parties for my team (TCU) on Saturdays in the fall. I enjoy going out for a beer and a burger at the end of a long day/week. I am social and would love to be friends with the person I am living with -- although independence and privacy are also important.

I'm easy-going, clean, realistically optimistic, and looking for someone who help take care of our home. I like maintaining a calm environment that I look forward to coming home, relaxing, and unwinding in.
