Hello! I am seeking a subletter for March 15 through April 1. Dates are flexible, and the room could be available through mid to possibly end of April.

Fully furnished room with three windows and southern exposure. A few minutes from the Kosciuszko J stop. Rent is 800 for March 15-April 1 including utilities.

You would be sharing the apartment with my roommate, a 31 y/o male who mostly works out of the house. He is a lovely human and the best roommate I've had! He will be gone March 25-April 5 so you would have the place to yourself during that time.

About the apartment:
- Fully furnished with lots of natural light
- Three minutes from the Kosciuszko J which takes you to Manhattan in under 20 minutes. Express stop during rush hour. Down the street are the B38 and B52 buses which take you to downtown Brooklyn/Trader Joes.
- Five minutes away from a full service grocery store, 24 hour deli on the corner
- Two laundromats around the corner (one of which is open 24 hours).
- Window AC unit
- Roof access and a huge fire escape (basically a small balcony)
