The apartment is the entire first floor of a 2 family apartment building. If you sublet, you will have the whole apartment to yourself.

The apartment consists of a furnished bedroom, office, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, foyer, porch and backyard.

It has windows facing north and south and it gets a lot of natural sunlight during the day.

The backyard has a grill and 2 bikes that you are welcome to use.

The apartment is on a quiet street made up mostly of families.

Just a few blocks away is the heart of Ridgewood and endless restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutiques and entertainment.

It is also conveniently located near the [Forest Ave] M train and the [Halsey St] L train.

We are a young married couple that work in the local film industry. We are traveling in Feb and we are looking for someone to sublet our apartment and water our plants while we are gone.

We like gardening and cooking, so if you like to cook, you may find some fresh herbs still growing in the yard.

We are very clean and respectful of our neighbors. We hope to find someone who is as well.
