We are looking for a third roommate to join us for a year-lease. The apartment is the third floor of a renovated Park Slope townhouse, in an amazing convenient location. Our ideal roommate is friendly, neat, and collaborative.

- 3rd floor walkup, private staircase (we are the only tenants in the building, the landlords occupy the two lower floors) - keypad to open the front door, locks on two doors leading into the apartment

- Full kitchen, table, counter space, living area with TV, communal closet space for additional storage
- At the edge of Park Slope, we love living here - the neighborhood is great with lots of food options and a pretty good bar scene
- Great location that is a short walk from Atlantic-Barclays (Access to the LIRR and the following subway lines: N, Q, R, 2/3, 4/5, B, D), Downtown Brooklyn, and Prospect Park

Rent includes water - other utilities are handled by roommates and billed separately (averages an additional $100per month per roommate for gas, electricity, and internet)

THE ROOMMATES:

Amelia (29, she/her) - From Oregon - Works at a law office (hybrid schedule). Loves to spend time with friends, read, enjoy the park. Is active in the community and does organizing work for immigrant justice.

Maxine (27, she/her) - From North Carolina - Works as a sales associate and freelance design (hybrid schedule). Loves to do DIY projects, surf, cook/bake.

We have lived together for a year and really enjoy spending time together. We like to have friends over for dinner and to hang out, often on the weekend but generally keep the party out of our home! We are both very tidy and enjoy decorating our space. We are looking for a roommate who is kind and enjoys all the beautiful things that come with sharing space but still understands the importance of alone time. We are excited to meet you!
