I have a room available in my 2 bedroom apt in the Sunnyside section of Queens. You would be sharing the apt with me and my cute cat. Rent is $1099/month,; split the Con Ed and Spectrum bill. Cable tv in living room, wireless internet in apt. Room has two windows. closet, and is large enough to fit a double bed, dresser, desk, bookcase and nightstand. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Current roommate is moving back to Ireland she can leave me her bed and dresser. (photos show previous roommate's decor/furniture) Room has a has a optional cable connection. Room has been painted back to off white. Share the living room, kitchen, bathroom and three hall closets. There is room in the living room and entrance hall for additional furniture if you need the space. and I can make some space as well. Apartment is a two block walk to the subway. 1st and security to move in. Looking for long term rental only, no smoking in the apt, female preferred. Fist and security to move in. I have a senior cat who mostly sleeps and lounges around.
