I’m subletting a large one bedroom in building with an elevator in Ditmas Park/Midwood near Brooklyn College. it is the Top floor in a pre-war building, its very quiet and sunny, has nice hardwood floors, allows small pets, and people in the building are very friendly. it’s a midsize apartment building with a super in the building, laundry in the basement and a dishwasher in the unit. The space is furnished and could be equipped for a baby if you want that. The neighborhood is very walkable, quiet, and friendly, with Flatbush Avenue nearby for excellent restaurants, and stores. cortelyou Road is a short walk, offering excellent dining options and shopping as well.

Located near the 2/5 train and a short 15 to 20 minute walk from Newkirk Plaza On the B/Q train. wi-Fi and other bills are included.
